With your broad project management experience, you’ve probably had contact with quite a few agencies. Ideally, you’ve even worked in one or two. But you’ll find we’re a different kind of agency. We really are.

Well, we’ll take it as read that you’ve outstanding organisational skills and solid experience of managing complex projects, ideally digital ones involving Jira and Forecast and WordPress.

But it’s your ability to inspire, endless curiosity, openness and big commitment to continuous improvement that’ll really impress us. Along with your willingness to take ownership of project delivery from start to finish – from marketing campaigns and UX to website development and brand design.

We’d also love it if you matched some of the criteria listed below, but we’re open to hearing from good people with transferable skills and experience:

  • act as the client’s voice in the agency, scoping, briefing in work and communicating their goals
  • represent and champion our team’s strategic direction and vision to clients
  • manage client expectations and manage scope in line with their goals and budget
  • develop detailed project plans in collaboration with our teams and clients
  • lead client-facing kickoff and team-facing briefing sessions
  • be flexible in your delivery style, switching between or blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • collaborate in agency resourcing, scheduling and prioritisation
